We are currently looking for a consultative and professional Pre Sales Consultant to join our business. The key mandate for the Pre Sales Consultant will be to enhance and drive sales of Monster's Enterprise Solutions. Specifically key responsibilities will include:
- Providing pre-sales solutions support.
- Providing technical specifications for RFP responses.
- Providing ROM (Rough Order of Magnitude) for full integration efforts.
- Creating proposals based on the defined client requirements.
- Conducting web based and face to face product demonstrations.
- Clearly articulating the benefits of the applications to prospects and internall staff.
- Evangelising the Enteprise Solutions Product Suite within the business.
- Liaising with Monster' Support staff to help resolve major issues.
- Working closely with customer's technical decision makers to facilitate closing the sale.
- Determining all points of the clients process that would be affected by Monster products.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with all key customer technical contacts.
- Providing technical product configuration and write ad-hoc tools and reports as needed
- Working with the client post-implementation to determine satisfaction and assist with renewal
- Contributing prior knowledge of online solutions, talent management systems, and web based applications
- Anticipating problems before they arise and be prepared to introduce satisfactory contingencies
- Assisting with issues that arise during product / solution development despite contingencies
Key Responsibilities – Enterprise Sales
- Increasing sales of Monster’s Enterprise Solutions Products through active participation in the sales process
- Directly supporting the technical aspect of Enterprise Solutions Sales with all clients technical touch points and at all deep dive demonstrations
- Delivering upon both external and internal deadlines and commitments in a timely, effective and professional way
- Demonstrating excellent project management skills; deliver multiple and complex projects on time, to cost and quality standards while making the best use of all available resources
Qualifications
- Minimum BA/BS Engineering degree
- Technical Sales Engineering experience
- Familiarity with semantic search, cloud computing, natural language processing, text retrieval, information sciences, and formal logic
- Experience with XML and data mapping
- Experience working with taxonomies or ontology’s is desirable
- Strong language skills (multi lingual is strongly desired), especially excellent understanding of syntax, morphology, semantics, and discourse patterns
- Ability to interface effectively with different levels and personalities at the business unit
- Ability and interest in analyzing, understanding, and organizing information in fields outside your current areas of expertise
- Strong logical, analytical abilities with a high level of common sense
- Very well organized, with excellent follow-through
- Software development experience is desirable
- Willing to travel
- Superior presentation and product demonstration skills
- Excellent listening and communication skills, able to distil and action key points identified during conversations
- Understanding of usability practices as well as accessibility considerations
